How to Book:

Please call our dedicated schools team on 0871 222 6932.

Please note, final payment is required 10 days before your booking.

When booking, you will be asked to make us aware of:
- The time you would like to arrive (15 minute allocations subject to availability) and the time you are planning to leave

- Whether you would like a lunch area (NB: lunch rooms are subject to availability and must be requested in advance)

- Whether or not your coach will be parking at the NIA car park

- With this information we will then tailor your visit to give you the best possible visit and provide a timetable on arrival.

On the day of your visit:

Parking:
If you have told us that your coach will be parking up, please head for the South entrance of the National Indoor Arena Car Park, where coach parking is available. The National SEA LIFE Centre is in close proximity only a couple of minutes walk crossing the Birmingham Canal.

Admission:
On arrival to the National SEA LIFE Centre please make your way to the front entrance.  We recommend that the group leader reports to the Front Desk to check in the group and receive itinerary details while the group waits to the side of the building.

Bag Storage (subject to availability):
With larger school groups we provide an area where coats and bags may be left whilst touring the centre, but unfortunately we are unable to provide every group with this facility. Please note, items are left at your own risk.

Group Size:
We recommend that large groups are divided into smaller supervised groups, to enable the children to get the most out of their SEA LIFE Adventure! This is why we provide you with a great helper ratio.

Disability Access & Rates:
The centre is fully accessible to wheelchairs.  For pupils with disabilities we offer a higher ratio of 1 free adult place per disabled child.
