Combining active, hands-on learning with fascinating educational talks and an opportunity to have an up close and personal encounter with a variety of sea creatures, a visit to SEA LIFE is an educational experience like no other.
SEA LIFE caters for every ability level and learning style, using a unique combination of auditory, visual and kinaesthetic learning opportunities, children are encouraged to have supervised, hands-on contact with live sea creatures in the touch pool, something which is the highlight of the trip for many children.
SEA LIFE offer talks on a variety of marine related subjects and tailor them to your groups age range and curriculum topics. All talks are delivered by our visitor education team, chosen for their ability to engage and relate to children.

We offer free planning visits for teachers to familiarise themselves with our centres and facilities. Simply contact the SEA LIFE centre of your choice to arrange your FREE visit.
At the end of your visit, each child will be given a ‘SEA LIFE Expert’ certificate which includes a voucher entitling them to a FREE return visit (when accompanied by a full paying adult.) This provides them with the opportunity to show their family what they have learned.
